| Keynote Speech: | - Room Arrangement – classroom or theater style, with chairs facing the front.
| - Stage – elevated above the floor level to accommodate the size of the room. Minimum platform size of 8' by 12' is preferred.
| - Props – one high-back chair with arm rests.
| - Sound – cordless lavaliere microphone with a corded hand held microphone readily available as a back up.

| Workshops: | - Room Arrangement – classroom style, with audience seated at tables, dependent on size of room. The goal is to facilitate discussion with the room arrangement.

| - Audio Visual – easel or white board with appropriate markers.
| - Handouts – a master handout will be sent to the meeting planner ahead of the workshop to be duplicated for all program participants. The handouts are to be distributed to participants immediately prior to the commencement of the workshop.
